Common types
In the world of clothing, the fabrics of clothing are varied and changing with each passing day. But generally speaking, high-quality and high-end fabrics have the characteristics of comfortable wearing, sweat-absorbing and breathable, crisp drape, noble vision, and soft touch.
For the clothing worn on formal social occasions, pure cotton, pure wool, pure silk, and pure linen products should be selected. Most of the clothes made of these four pure natural texture fabrics are of higher grade. Sometimes, wearing clothing made of pure leather is also allowed.
(1) Woven fabric
Also called woven fabric, it is a fabric formed by weaving warp yarns and weft yarns perpendicular to each other. Its basic structure has three types: plain weave, twill weave and satin weave. Different woven fabrics are also composed of these three basic organizations and their varied organizations. Mainly include chiffon, Oxford cloth, denim, twill, flannel, damask and so on.
(2) Knitted fabric
Knitting needles are used to form loops of yarn or filaments, and then the loops are intertwined with each other. Due to the loop structure characteristics of knitted fabrics, the amount of yarn stored per unit length is large, so most of them have good elasticity. Knitted fabrics are divided into single-sided and double-sided. Mainly include jersey, velour, bird's eye cloth, mesh cloth and so on.
